I am a highly motivated and results-driven youth leader with a p@ion for entrepreneurship and business leadership. has been a Community Facilitator for the Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT) in Ethiopia from September 2019 up to December 2020, where has been instrumental in facilitating StartUp business and life skills for peers and women in my community. During this time at DOT, I have received extensive training in leadership, Business skill, life skill, women empowerment, and career development which has allowed me to develop a breadth of knowledge, insight, and experience in the sector.
I am a graduate of Information Systems and currently pursuing MSc with same field. I have over three years of experience in business development, coaching, and consulting, and am a certified master trainer of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Program. My expertise in coaching, mentoring, delivering a variety of training, adult learning education, monitoring & evaluation, data collection, and conducting research has made me a valuable @et to DOT and the wider community.
As a Field Business Development Officer at DOT Ethiopia, my responsible is identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as providing support to existing businesses. Am p@ionate about being a part of something big and facilitating the discovery of new frontiers that will have a significant impact on society and business. My dedication to my work and my ability to inspire and motivate others make me an excellent trainer and coach.
